By accessing or using the ZuraPay website, API, or mobile application (the "Services"), provided by Zurafin Technologies Limited, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Account Eligibility & Security

To use ZuraPay, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Prohibited Businesses

You may not use ZuraPay for any of the following categories of business or activity:

• Illegal products or services (e.g., drugs, stolen goods).
• Adult content or services.
• Unregulated gambling or betting.
• Get-rich-quick schemes or pyramid schemes.
• Cryptocurrency trading (unless explicitly approved).

ZuraPay (a product of Zurafin Technologies Limited) acts as a payment facilitator. Funds processed through our platform are settled to your designated bank account according to the payout schedule applicable to your region (typically T+1). We reserve the right to hold funds if we detect suspicious activity or high chargeback rates.

5. Fees and Taxes

You agree to pay the fees for using the Services as described on our Pricing page. You are solely responsible for determining, collecting, and remitting any applicable taxes for transactions processed through your account.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

In no event shall ZuraPay, Zurafin Technologies Limited, its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Services.
